Sometimes life can feel challenging and confusing. Talking to friends and family may be helpful, however some problems are difficult to discuss with those near to us and there may be occasions when you feel the need for additional support.
I can work with you to help you feel understood in a confidential, non-judgemental environment. Counsellors do not give advice, but I can help you to understand how and why you think and feel the way you do. This can enable you to develop self confidence and acceptance of who you are. Self confidence may reduce anxiety and support resilience, which is the ability to recover and adjust to life’s challenges.
